Sucessful Manifestation… As Simply As I Can Explain It

OK, I am going to try and explain the process of successful manifestation… as simply as I can.. and I guarantee that that there will be certain steps and ideas in this post that you won’t have heard anywhere else before…

… and it has taken me 50 plus years to get to this stage, and figure this much out…

However, putting it out there now in hope it helps someone… provides that all important flash of inspiration… “Of course! That’s what has been missing! That’s what I need to include as well!

OK, here goes.

Many of you will be familiar with Edgar Cayce’s statement “Mind is the Builder“… or Mike Dooley’s statement “Thoughts Become Things“…

In fact, we can go back around 100 years to Henry Ford’s famous statement “If you think you can, or you think you can’t, you are right either way.”

All of these statements are the bedrock of any manifestation approach because…

Basically, it’s the thoughts which we hold in mind… both on the conscious and unconscious levels of our mind… which determine our external reality, and how successful we are.

That’s why the central key to manifestation… being able to successful focus on the thought of what you want to manifest… starts with exactly that…

Being able to focus on the thought of what we do want.

Therefore… if we can change our thoughts to something better, more aligned to who are and want to be, then our external world will shift to reflect that…

However… it’s not that simple…

There are a few problems which have to be overcome for us to be able to successfully achieve our much desired end.

… And I am switching to a more esoteric way of explaining this now… so we’re definitely leaving Kansas for a while… but please stay with me… it will all make sense, promise.

Problem 1 – Thoughts Are Like Balloons

Pure thoughts are very much like balloons floating through the sky… very petty to look at… but while they are up there they are no good to us down here

… Because we need to bring them down and fix them into our mind, and keep them there, so that our conscious / unconscious mind can start to work on / with the thought, put out subtle feelers, make energetic connections… so that our new reality can start to manifest… which will be based on and in resonance with this new thought… (and to be honest 99.9999999999 of this is done by the unconscious mind. In this regards, the conscious mind is like the small child going “I want that balloon there” and the unconscious mind is like the grown-up that makes the wish happen).

While the thought is floating around up in the sky, none of that can happen…

So we need to bring the thought down, and anchor it in our mind, fix it in place, so that the different levels of our mind can start the process of manifestation…

And how can we do that?

Well, we need to entangle the thought within and around an emotion… because once any thought is entangled with an emotion… just like a balloon tied down with string… it can’t float off… it has to stay put… and so our conscious / unconscious minds can start to do their thing… and manifest a new reality based on that thought.

But this is where we encounter Problem 2…

Problem 2 – Emotional Repertoire & Not All Emotions are Empowering

Let’s say you wanted to tie down the thought “I am earning $40,000 a year…

To fix it in your mind, you need an emotion, you need to entangle the thought in and around an emotion… so which emotion would be best to use?

Love… or Fear?

Well… pretty obvious really… Love sounds like a better emotion to use to tie down any thought balloon.

Yes, correct… but this is where we encounter a BIG problem. We can only use those emotions we are comfortable with… which are part of our emotional repertoire… to tie down and entangle a thought into staying.

So if you have someone who is fearful… or constantly worried and anxious… then those are the only emotions you can use to tie down a thought… (i.e. love or joy are not emotions you are comfortable with, they are so off your radar, so you can’t use them… sorry… you have to be comfortable with an emotion before you can use it to tie down a thought).

It’s a big, basic law of the Universe… you can only use the emotions you are comfortable with to tie down thoughts.

And if the emotions which you are comfortable with are not in resonance with the new thought + new reality you want to bring into your life… it’s not going to work… the new thought isn’t going to be tied down… and will just drift off into the mental blue sky…

Because… here’s the big thing… fear can only tie down fearful thoughts…

Anxiety can only tie down anxious thoughts…

You need the right kind of string to tie down the right kind of balloon… (and at this point, you might find it helpful to think colors here… red string for red balloons… yellow string for yellow balloons… purple string for purple balloons).

So you have to expand your emotional repertoire… your emotional vocabulary… to include new and higher feelings… if you are to stand any chance of tying down new and empowering thoughts.

If you want to bring in new and expansive thoughts… you need to open up and include new emotions and higher vibrations…

Or to return to the metaphor for a moment… if you want to tie down a blue balloon, you first need to get yourself some blue string.

But then that takes us on to the next problem which we need to overcome…

Problem 3 – The Upward & Downwards Spirals

According to David R Hawkins, for the Universe there is only power or force… or as we have talked about previously in another post… an upwards spiral or downwards spiral… or escalator…

In any moment, your energy is either expanding or contracting… and there is no middle ground… there is no neutral zone… there is only expansion or contraction

And also, according to David R Hawkins, there are emotions which are locked into the downwards spiral

… Shame, Guilt, Apathy, Grief, Fear, Desire, Anger, Pride…

And there are emotions which are fixed into the upward spiral

…Courage, Neutrality, Willingness, Acceptance, Reason, Love, Joy, Peace.

Now, it is important to realize that there are times when Fear or Anger are appropriate responses to the situation in which you find yourself (i.e. it’s OK to be Angry if you need to be Angry etc) … but as I say… they are interesting places to visit, but you wouldn’t want to live there.

Why?

Because they take up more energy to create then they give back… which is why they are aligned to the downward spiral.

OK, there may be times when being Angry is the right response, it helps to protect you and helps you to stand up for yourself… but to remain Angry 24/7 is a bad move… because you are literally burning up your body and energy reserves, and it is very draining in the medium to long-term.

So another analogy… it’s a bit like driving a car… there are times when 1st gear is useful… but if you are driving 100 miles, then the majority of the time you will need to be in 4th gear… and trying to it all in 1st gear will seriously damage your engine (but it’s OK to dip down into 1st gear when you need… as long as you don’t try stay there for the entire journey).

And… this is the important bit… when you are trying to manifest… you want to plug into an emotion with an abundance of energy… and not one which is going to drain you, and use up / deplete your energy reserves.

ie…Courage, Neutrality, Willingness, Acceptance, Reason, Love, Joy, Peace.

But if you don’t do that, if you try to do it from 1st gear, then it makes manifesting a more empowering reality harder… even impossible… because you lack the energy levels needed to make it happen.

ie… Shame, Guilt, Apathy, Grief, Fear, Desire, Anger, Pride…

It’s a bit like trying to get a house built… and employing a builder where every time you give him $10 for his time… he only does $5 work… or $1… or maybe only 50 cents…. and pockets the remainder.

Basically, your wasting your time and money… and the house never gets built.

So if you want to build your new manifestation… you need to find your empowering thought… and plug it into the highest vibe emotion you can… and most definitely one which is aligned to the upwards spiral.

Problem 4 – Which is the More Powerful Magnet?

For the majority of people, their emotional state is triggered by external events…

Someone loves them, they feel loved…

They lose their job, they feel worried and anxious…

So it is the external magnet (i.e. other people / events) which has power over them… and as long as that is the case, they cannot break free of this external influence and manifest anything different in their lives. It’s as if the external world is in total control of who and what they are.

For any manifestation process to work and be effective, an individual has to create an internal magnet, which is more powerful and more attractive then any external pull or influence.

So if they are amidst anxious people… they can go within, align with their internal magnet, and create for themselves more empowering emotions and feelings.

It’s those kinds of people… those people have gained a degree of control over their emotions, and can create / summon specific emotions when they desire… they are the ones who achieve success at manifesting the life they want.

So… The Magic Formula

So if I can had to make a magic formula to describe the successful manifestation path it would be…

Right thought… connected to… right + empowering emotion… which connects you to… the upward energy spiral….

And if you can get that alignment right… making sure that you are not leaking energy along the way… and so making it a lot hard for yourself… then things can and will start to shift in your favor…

But also… you will feel a lot less frustrated, and a lot happier and fulfilled as you walk, moment to moment, along your new path…

… and sometimes, weirdly, that’s the best kind of magic there is.
