AE Aquamarine

Aquamarine is a hexagonal crystal. It has a hardness of 7.5 to 8 on the Moh scale. It is a member of the beryl crystal family.

The colour of Aquamarine is blue, but its hexagonal structure means that it works in a yellow way.

What does this mean in practical terms?

Well, blue is associated with the Throat chakra and with communication.

This is normally associated with our ability to speak, to give voice to our thoughts and feelings.

But it can also be associated with our ability to connect heart with mind, so that we feel our thoughts, and understand our feelings.

Over the centuries, Aquamarine has had a long association with water, and the water element.

It is therefore a vibration which can help us to achieve a sense of energy flow.

This is an essential element when it comes to our thoughts and our mind, because we want our thoughts to flow easily and steadily, like a gentle stream. When this happens, we can feel at home and in control of our mind. Our mind feels like a good place to hang out in.

But what we don’t need is our thoughts to rampage through our mind, like a violent and destructive torrent of water.

Nor do we want our thoughts to slow down and become stagnant… or turn to ice, so that we are trapped in a mental loop, with a few thoughts repeating over and over again.

The yellow structure of Aquamarine helps the mind to find a state of balance and clarity, where the mental flow is just right.

It’s only when we find the correct mental flow, that our mind can relax and open up to new thoughts, inner guidance, and intuition… so that we discover new ways of thinking, gaining insights about our life and how we can handle our problems in a better / easier way.

Aquamarine is a vibration which can help us achieve this relaxed and peaceful mental flow.

In her book Crystal Journey, Jane Ann Dow links the whole Beryl family aspects of Soul Healing. For Aquamarine, she believes that it is a vibration which helps incarnating Souls adjust to the heavy / dense energy of the earth plane. She found that it was selected by clients who needed to heal a trauma associated with the birthing process, or those people who are not comfortable, for some reason, with being here.

But just gently gazing at the main picture for this post… you get the sense that Aquamarine is one of the most peaceful crystal vibrations there is.

But for anyone who is intrigued by this blue stone, and would like to own one… the seller I am going to mention and recommend is called Shane Michael Darreff… who is an online crystal seller who I have come to value and trust… and who is also a young man in his early 20s, passionate about crystals, but who is also putting himself through college in the US through the support of his online crystal selling business… so if you buy from him, you not only get some nice Aquamarine, but you are also helping to fund his ongoing college education (kind of a win-win thing)… and if you don’t need any Aquamarine at this time… why not like his public FB page jewelryessentialz so you can keep informed of any new offers he might have.

That’s it for today…

… Third in this Three Post series coming tomorrow… where we dive even deeper into the Space Greenness that is Moldavite and look at what Jane Ann Dow had to say about Moldavite.
